2) Miss Mayfly® Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
2a. Complimentary Exchange: Customers can exchange products within 30 days of the ship date (return window) if dissatisfied. Miss Mayfly® will provide complimentary shipping expenses for one outgoing exchange shipment and one return per order. Products must be returned in new, unused condition in original packaging. Replacement products will be shipped upon receiving the original purchase.
2b. Refunds: Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the ship date. Products must be returned in new, unused condition in original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the item is received. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Allow up to 7 business days for return processing once received. A restocking fee of up to 3% applies for returns and refunds with 2 or more items.
Exclusions (2a, 2b): If a product is not returned in new and unused condition, Miss Mayfly® may deny a full or partial refund or exchange. A cleaning and/or replacement fee may be deducted if the returned product is dirty or has missing parts, accessories, or packaging.
How to Initiate an Exchange or Return Request: Exchanges & returns can be self-initiated through the Customer Service Dashboard within 30 days of purchase. This period is extended for Christmas Holiday.

2c. Shipping Charge Refund: Shipping charges paid during purchase or for independently purchased labels are non-refundable.
2d. Return Shipping Costs: A complimentary return shipping label will be provided if occurring within the return window.
2e. International Orders: International customers are responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes, and fees for purchases, returns, exchanges, and warranty replacements, including incoming and outgoing shipment costs. Warranty and repair laws vary by country; customers should check with local agencies.
HS Code: For repaired items returned to the U.S., use HS code 9802.001. Specifically, 9802.00.40 for warranty repairs or alterations, and 9802.00.50 for non-warranty shipments.
2f. Repackaging Directions:
Please remember to include any packaging and accessory items included with your product as follows:
- Waders: Tags, belt, bag, patch kit
- Boots: Undamaged box, boot stuffing and paper packaging
- Other: Return with product packaging intact
Please make sure item is clean upon return as follows:
- Waders: Please use a lint brush or tape to remove hair/debris from wader booties. To prevent creasing damage, fold the booties flat, with the entire bootie bottom facing outward.
- Boots: Wipe down any debris from boot surfaces and replace boot stuffing prior to shipping.
