Holiday Shipping

Carrier Services

Starting 11/1/2024, we will use UPS Ground for standard shipping due to its faster and more reliable service during the holiday season. If you select a preferred shipping option, we will honor it.

  • Shipping Schedule: We ship next business day (no weekends), with the following exceptions: Orders placed after 10am EST on Monday ship Wednesday; orders placed after 10am on Wednesday ship Friday. For faster delivery, choose USPS or upgraded services at checkout.
  • Delivery Recommendations: For delivery within 5 days, upgrade to 2 or 3-day, or express services and write a note under order comments, letting us know delivery date needs.

Christmas Cutoff

Place orders by Dec 6 for Christmas delivery. After this date, timely delivery is not guaranteed by carriers.

Holiday Return & Exchange Extension

Miss Mayfly branded purchases made between Nov 1 and Dec 25, 2024, can be returned or exchanged until Jan 25, 2025. Email customerservices@missmayfly.com to initiate a return or exchange beyond our 30-day policy.

Fulfillment Locations- Delivery Times

Missouri: We ship from our warehouse 3PL located in Missouri. In most cases, orders ship next business day and take 2-5 days to arrive, depending on distance from Missouri.

  •  Some affiliate partner products will ship from another location and are governed by the affiliate partners policies.

 Tracking & Delivery

Tracking: Customers receive order and tracking info via email after placing an order. This info can also be accessed by logging into your Miss Mayfly account. If you encounter issues with tracking or if your package doesn’t arrive within the expected time, please submit an “Orders & Shipping Help” request through the “Customer Care Center” dashboard.

Lost Package: Once the package is received by the carrier, it is no longer in our control. We do not receive preferential treatment or customer service from carriers. If the tracking fails to reveal the status of a package, you should contact the carrier to investigate. In our experience, it is best to visit your local Post Office or UPS Office in person with your tracking number. If the package is lost in transit, you will need to file a claim with the carrier.

Package Theft: In the case of suspected theft, this falls under criminal activity and should be reported to the appropriate authorities. Miss Mayfly does not replace lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

International Policy: Miss Mayfly is happy to ship our products to you internationally. However, the following shipping policies differ from our domestic shipping policies. 

Duties, Taxes and Fees: For international orders, please note that duties and taxes will be added to your total at checkout. If there are any additional costs, customers are responsible for all duty, taxes, and fees associated with both outgoing and returned products.

Shipping Quotes & Orders: Most international customers can process their orders directly through our website. If you would like a shipping quote or encounter issues with your order, please submit an “Orders & Shipping” request via the “Customer Care Center” dashboard. European Distribution: Customers in Europe may benefit from ordering through our European distributor. Please see our "Retailer & Affiliate" page for contact.

Warranty & Repair Shipping Policy

1d. 12 Month Limited Warranty: Miss Mayfly will provide an incoming (from you- to us) shipping label for items suspected of having a factory defect within the first 6 months of use from ship date. To obtain a label, customers must provide evidence of the defect and Initiate a warranty or repair case located on our customer service dashboard. For complimentary shipping, customers must utilize a label provided by Miss Mayfly. Any independently paid shipping fees will not be refunded.

1e. 6-Month “Miss Mayfly Tough” Guarantee: Customers are responsible for return (from you- to us) shipping expenses for use-caused repair cases. Miss Mayfly will cover outgoing (from us- to you) shipping costs. 

1f. Repairs, 6 Months & Beyond: Customers are responsible for return (from you- to us) shipping expenses for use-caused repair cases. Miss Mayfly will cover outgoing (from us- to you) shipping expenses.

Warranty & Repair Shipping Policy

These policies are established by the manufacturer for goods that we sell in our store and are not guaranteed by Mayfly Sales LLC. For warranty issues that occur after 30 days from ship date, contact the product manufacturer. If you have trouble contacting the manufacturer, please email us for assistance.

  • Exceptions may apply: This policy is governed by our affiliate partners and are subject to variance according to the partner’s warranty policy.

Return, Refund & Exchange Shipping Policy

VOITED refunds must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and products must be returned directly to the manufacturer in new, unused condition in their original product packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

  • International Orders: Governed by Voited policy, we do not process returns and exchanges for orders for Voited goods outside the US. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us.

GF Pets Items are eligible for return provided the return request is made within 30 days of the order date and not a clearance or final purchase item.

  • If your submitted Return Request is approved, we will provide you with one (1) prepaid return shipping label, for which a $5.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping costs incurred during initial checkout are non-refundable.
  • An order is eligible for one (1) prepaid return label only. For subsequent return shipping labels, the full cost of return shipping will be deducted from the available refund amount.

Customers should contact their country's appropriate agency to inquire about relevant laws. 

  • HS CODE: When an item is repaired and returned to the U.S., it should be classified under HS code 9802.001. Specifically, use 9802.00.40 for warranty repairs or alterations, and 9802.00.50 for non-warranty shipments.
