Fulfillment Locations- Delivery Times

Missouri: We ship from our warehouse 3PL located in Missouri. In most cases, orders ship next business day and take 2-5 days to arrive, depending on distance from Missouri.

* The cut off time for same day order fulfillment is 8am EST. The contracted fulfillment service is closed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 8am on Fridays, will not ship until Monday.

Shipping times are provided by the carrier at checkout. Carriers do not guarantee delivery times as quoted. Please assume 1 extra day shipping for 1-2 day shipping options and add 2 days for 3rd day air or "saver" services. Miss Mayfly does not control carriers services and is not responsible for carriers delivery time or delays. Miss Mayfly does not refund shipping charges for late shipments.

 Tracking & Delivery

Tracking: Customers receive order and tracking info via email after placing an order. This info can also be accessed by logging into your Miss Mayfly® account. For tracking issues or if your package doesn’t arrive on time, submit an “Orders & Shipping Help” request through the “Customer Care Center” dashboard.

Lost Package: Once the package is with the carrier, it is out of our control. We do not receive preferential treatment from carriers. UPS and USPS often share delivery processes. In this occurrence it is common that the tracking will be missing. However, the package should show that it was received by the carrier. Visiting your local Post Office or UPS Office in person with your tracking number is often effective way to receive help from the carrier. If tracking fails, and your package has not arrived within 10 days of the carrier received date, please contact our customer service to file a claim. After 10 days, and claim filing is complete, If the package is confirmed to be lost in transit, we will replace the product.

Package Theft: Suspected theft should be reported to the appropriate authorities as it is a criminal matter. Once the package has been delivered, the carriers responsibility is fulfilled. Miss Mayfly® does not replace stolen packages; please contact the carrier to file a claim.

International Policy: Miss Mayfly® ships products internationally with the following policies differing from domestic shipping.

Duties, Taxes, and Fees: Duties and taxes will be added at checkout. Customers are responsible for all shipping Fees, duties, taxes, and fees for outgoing and returned products.

Shipping: Delivery times will be revealed at checkout and are the carriers estimate. Carriers no longer guarantee delivery times quoted at the time of purchase. Miss Mayfly is not in control of, nor responsible for carrier delivery times and/or delays.
