Made from a plush sponge fleece fabric, this hoodie is composed of Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton and polyester fibers, ensuring a contemporary fit that’s as comfortable as it is stylish. It features a warm hood with white drawcords for an adjustable fit, and a roomy kangaroo pocket for added convenience.

SHIPPING PRICE INCLUDES

Miss Mayfly will provide complimentary shipping label for one outgoing exchange shipment and one return per order, when a customer chooses an exchange instead of a refund.

Order Cancelation

To cancel order due to incorrect shipping, customers may self-manage a cancelation  by choosing "Cancel an Order" through our Help Center Dashboard. For Help, choose: "Orders, Payments & Shipping Help".

*Please note: We are closed on Holidays and weekends and weekdays after 5pm EST. For urgent order errors, please self-mange an order cancelation (return) through the Help Desk Dashboard.

Domestic Shipping

Fulfillment Locations- Delivery Times

We ship next business day, from Missouri, Monday - Friday.

The cut off time for same day order fulfillment is 12pm EST Monday-Friday. Fulfillment services are closed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12 pm on Friday, will not ship until Monday, including express and overnight shipments.

Flat Rate Services: We ship USPS and UPS, choosing the carrier with the best delivery times and rates per the service selected and your location.

Express or Expedited Services: Delivery times differ by carrier and service chosen and will be estimated in the checkout process. Carriers no longer guarantee delivery times as quoted. We suggest allowing 1-2 extra days for carrier delays, especially near holidays. 

Miss Mayfly is not in control of, nor responsible for carrier delivery times and/or delays and does not refund shipping fees.

 Tracking & Delivery

Tracking: Customers receive order and tracking info via email after placing an order. This info can also be accessed by logging into your Miss Mayfly® account. For tracking issues or if your package doesn’t arrive on time, submit an “Orders & Shipping Help” request through the Help Center Dashboard.

Lost Package: Once the package is with the carrier, it is out of our control. We do not receive preferential treatment from carriers. Visiting your local Post Office or UPS Office in person with your tracking number is often the most effective way to receive help from the carrier. If tracking fails, and your package has not arrived within 10 days of the carrier received date, please contact us to file a claim. After 10 days, and claim filing is complete, If the package is confirmed to be lost in transit, we will replace the product.

Package Theft: Suspected theft should be reported to the appropriate authorities as it is a criminal matter. Once the package has been delivered, the carriers responsibility is fulfilled. Miss Mayfly® does not replace stolen packages.

All International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, providing option for the following carriers as available for your location:

  • USPS: Priority Mail International, Express International
  • DHL:  eCommerce Parcel Standard, Direct & Express Worldwide 

International Policy: Miss Mayfly® ships products internationally with the following policies differing from domestic shipping:

Exchange Shipping: Complimentary exchange shipping is not available for international orders. To ensure proper handling of duties & taxes, it is best to request a return & refund back to store credit or to original form of payment, to repurchase again.

Duties, Taxes, and Fees: Duties and taxes will be managed by Shopify Managed Markets and calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all shipping Fees, duties, taxes, and fees for outgoing and returned products.

Shipping: Delivery times will be revealed at checkout and are the carriers estimate. Carriers no longer guarantee delivery times quoted at the time of purchase. We suggest assuming delivery will take an extra 2-3 days from calculated quote. Miss Mayfly is not in control of, nor responsible for carrier delivery times and/or delays and does not refund shipping fees.

Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

How to Initiate an Exchange or Return Request

Exchanges & returns can be self-initiated through the Help Center Dashboard by choosing: "Initiate an Exchange or Return" within 30 days of purchase.

Repackaging Directions

Please remember to include any packaging and accessory items included with your product as follows: 

    • Waders: Tags, belt, bag, patch kit 
    • Boots: Undamaged box, boot stuffing and paper packaging  
    • Other: Return with product packaging intact 

    Please make sure item is clean upon return as follows:

      • Waders: Please use a lint brush or tape to remove hair/debris from wader booties. To prevent creasing damage, fold the booties flat, with the entire bootie bottom facing outward. 
      • Boots: Wipe down any debris from boot surfaces and replace boot stuffing prior to shipping. 

      Miss Mayfly® Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

      2a. Complimentary* Exchange: Customers can exchange products within 30 days of the ship date (return window). Miss Mayfly® will provide complimentary shipping labels for one return & outgoing shipment per "exchange" order. Products must be returned in new, unused condition in original packaging. Exchange orders will be shipped upon receiving the original purchase.

      *For customers located within the continental & pacific regions within United States.

      2b. Refunds: Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the ship date. Products must be returned in new, unused condition in original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit (as chosen) after the item is received. Once received, please allow up to 5 business days for return clearing, plus up to 5 days for refund processing.

      *A restocking fee of up to 3% may be applied for refunds of 3 or more items per order.

      Exclusions (2a, 2b): If a product is not returned in new and unused condition, Miss Mayfly® may deny a full or partial refund or exchange. A fee may be deducted the returned product is dirty or damaged ($25-$75) or has missing parts, accessories, or packaging ($15-$25).

      2c. Shipping Charge Refund: Shipping charges paid during purchase or for independently purchased labels are non-refundable. 

      2d. Return & Refund Shipping Costs: A return shipping label will be provided if occurring within the return window. Original shipping charges plus return shipping charge will be deducted from refund.

      2e. International Orders: To ensure proper duty payments and refunds, we are unable to exchange International orders. Please request return and refund to store credit to repurchase.

      Shipping label fees are non-refundable. International customers are responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes for purchases &  returns, including incoming and outgoing shipment costs. Original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Return shipping fees will be billed to customer up front, or will be deducted from refund.

      Payments and refunds, including duties and taxes, are managed by Shopify "Managed Markets" and will be refunded as legally appropriate.

      HS Code: For repaired items returned to the U.S., use HS code 9802.001. Specifically, 9802.00.40 for warranty repairs or alterations, and 9802.00.50 for non-warranty shipments.
